Re: Covid-19 Virus

To All of our tenants,
We hope this note finds you well. With the recent events concerning Covid-19, we wanted to reach out to you. Your safety, health, and well-being are of the utmost importance to us. We understand that there are many concerns around the virus, and we want to assure you that we are extremely mindful of these real and pressing concerns.

We are committed to doing our part to keep you healthy and will continue to communicate any changes in service to you as quickly as possible.

CLEANING AND EDUCATION
In addition to our existing cleaning, disinfecting, and maintenance policies, we have also requested additional services. At each property where we provide janitorial service to the common areas, we have increased the daily contracted time to ensure a thorough, deep cleaning and disinfecting of the general hard surfaces that are touched daily – door handles, elevator buttons, bathroom faucets, dispensers, toilet handles, etc.

  • All janitorial staff are equipped with disposable gloves and disinfectant and are instructed to discard properly after each cleaning.
  • All janitorial staff are trained on infection prevention and control measures.
  • All janitorial staff are instructed to stay home if they are feeling sick.
  • If you provide your own janitorial service, please make certain they are following the recommended guidelines as well.

PREVENTION AND EDUCATION are everyone’s job. You can help us prevent the spread of infection by doing the following:

  • Develop a business continuity and pandemic plan to prevent the spread of infection in your office and support your business operations in the event of increased absenteeism.
  • Provide employees with sanitizing products for their own workspaces or other personal protective equipment.
  • Educate employees and visitors on the importance of proper handwashing or using hand sanitizer.
  • Recommend that employees stay home when sick.
  • We will be stocking extra paper towels.
  • IMPORTANT: we ask you kindly to assist us in stopping the spread of the virus, by using the towels, as you see fit, to handle common touch points.  We ask that you throw the towels away in the waste bins to avoid loose towels on the grounds.  Remember to never place paper towels or other non-biodegradable products in the toilets as this will clog the drains.
  • We ask you to follow the CDC guidelines on washing hands, including using soap and water frequently and for at least 20 seconds per washing.

KEEPING THE LINES OF COMMUNICATION OPEN
Please communicate with us if your business plan depends on us to perform specific functions so we can determine if we can fulfill your requests.

As we continue to monitor the many sources of information for updates, we will continue to be proactive and transparent in our communication to each of you.

We thank you each of you for your assistance and support in our joint efforts to keep our properties safe and, most importantly, everyone healthy.

As always, please feel free to contact us with any further questions or concerns.
Very truly yours,
Needleman Management
